NRD Site Snapshot is provided by New Roots Development, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the results are

Every row shows what a named public service published on the date shown. Site Snapshot does not survey, inspect or certify anything. Results are for early site research and are not a substitute for a survey, a title search, a wetland delineation, a flood determination or a conversation with the reviewing agency. Confirm with the agency before you rely on a result.

No solicitation use

Do not use Site Snapshot, or anything it returns, to contact, market to or solicit property owners or the people named in public records. Owner information is shown for due diligence on a site you are working on, not for building mailing, calling or email lists.

No bulk harvesting

Look up sites one at a time as a person would. Do not script, crawl, scrape or batch requests against the app or its API, and do not use it to copy county, state or federal data sets in bulk. Those agencies publish their data under their own terms, and those terms apply to you as well. Automated or high-volume use may be blocked without notice.

Accounts and records

Records you keep in an account are private to that account. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You can export your records at any time.

Reports and purchases

A report is a PDF built from a snapshot at the moment you download it, with the owner of record asked of the county at that moment. Reports are included for account members. A report bought without an account is paid through Stripe, is for the buyer's own use on that site, and the download link is personal to the purchase; it is not for resale or redistribution. Because a report is generated and delivered at once, there is no return, but a report that failed to download or that is plainly wrong will be remade or refunded on request to Support@newrootsdevelopment.co.

The Outlook add-in and tokens

A personal token stands for you in your account. Keep it to yourself, revoke it from the Account page if it leaks, and do not share one token across a firm. The add-in only sends a message when you click the button on it.

No warranty

Site Snapshot is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Public services change, go offline and publish errors. To the extent the law allows, New Roots Development is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a result.
